Connection Cafe is a San Diego born farmers market based caterer. We prefer ingredients which are local and sustainable. Glycemic load is important to us and so is knock-out zesty flavor. Our food is vegan and gluten-free.

We serve at conscious transformational, music and wellness festivals. We've been featured at Oregon Eclipse, Lightening in a Bottle. Bhaktifest and more. These festivals are beautiful, impactful, emotional and of course filled with seductively delicious, filling, great value plant-fuel

We will set up our stand at your birthday, wedding, street event etc. and dish up our wholesome healthy food. You and your guests stay full of the satisfaction and the nutrients you need to keep the party going.

Chia Pudding for Breakfast, Buddha Bowls for Lunch and Ramen for Late Night.
Steaming quinoa, super-grains and beans cooked with coconut oil topped with a crisp veggie blend of leafy kale and juicy crunchy veggies. We smother it with our very addictive sauce- Buddha sauce- handfuls of fresh ginger, garlic and scallions blended into rice vinegar, tamari and other asian inspired goodness. Top off with crunchy seeds and fresh coconut toasted pecans.

We're two dudes, Josh and John, hailing from Philadelphia who want to continue to fuel the slow food movement in San Diego. We resonate with those who want to treat their bodies to incredible nutrition and taste-bud popping flavor while supporting the local agricultural community. Our food is plant-based.
